Whether e-mails from Google Apps have been reached our service can be confirmed by studying Google Apps logs.

* Confirm the log by message-id or any other element regarding the e-mail. 

 

2. E-mails from our service have been unable to reach the target server.

Contact our support team with message source of the e-mail sent.

Provide us the information below in case of difficulties in obtaining the message source.

・From address
・To address
・Date and time transmitted

3. E-mails from destination haven’t reached recipient.

Please contact administrator of the destination server.
As is often the case that the e-mail is in the spam tray of the recipient. Please confirm that it is not the case.
