なお、新ヘルプセンターではユーザー登録は不要でございます。
また、旧ヘルプセンターは 2017年9月にサイトを閉鎖させていただく予定です。

For Google Apps.

What are the procedures to add additional domain?

Answer:

Some settings is required by our service team for new domain.
(*2 It takes two business days to be effective.)

Firstly please provide the information below. 

Information required

【Google Apps user】

  • Domain name
  • Domain management type on Google Apps (multi domain or domain alias)
  • Usage start date
  • Policy for e-mail filtering service(if contracted)

Example: xxx.xx.jp To be handled as internal domain as regular domain and etc.

【Office 365 user】

  • Domain name
  • Usage start date
  • Policy for e-mail filtering service(※ if contracted)

ini file for access control(※ if contracted)
It is stored on the location below in the environment with Synchronization tool (HDE One Directry Sync) installed.
C:¥Program Files¥HDE One Directory Sync¥config.ini

*Users are requested to subscribe to the same number of licenses for Google Apps / Office 365. In case the number of licenses for Google Apps / Office 365 is to be different as a consequence of domain addition please contact our staff responsible in that case.

You will be informed of DNS record value to be designated following our internal process completed. Also let us know your work schedule when the day for switch over is drawing near.

After our work done

You are requested to proceed with the following work.

  • Registration of SPF record
  • Change of MX record (only applicable for Google Apps)
  • Change of DNS settings

It would be appreciated if you tell us your detail work schedule including specific date and time as the day for switchover is drawing near so that we can confirm if e-mails are transmitted and received all right by studying the logs.
