また、旧ヘルプセンターは 2017年9月にサイトを閉鎖させていただく予定です。

Question:

What are the changes to our Office 365 environment after HDE One is set up?

Answer:

After HDE One is successfully set up, the changes are the followings:

(1) Login Interface (for Browsers)

(2) Email Suspension and Attachment Encryption

(1) Login Interface (for Browsers)

(i) First, go to https://login.microsoftonline.com/ or https://login.microsoftonline.com/?whr=yourdomain.com

(yourdomain.com = Your domain, please consult your system admin for it)

(ii) You will then see this "Redirecting" message.

(iii) When you are redirected to HDE Access Control Login interface, log in as below:

  • Username is the front part of email, i.e. : kenny@example.com, Username = kenny (case-sensitive)
  • Initial Password is provided by us OR provided by your system admin.

 

(iv) (Optional) Depends on your system admin's configuration, you may need to change your initial password upon your first login like below:

(v) Finally, you will be redirected back to Office 365 interface.

(2) Email Suspension and Attachment Encryption

  • All Sent mails will be suspended for 5 minutes.
  • Sent mails with more than 3 different external domains as Recipients/CC will be suspended for 15 minutes.
  • Sent mails with more than 10 different external domains as Recipients/CC will be deleted and delete notification will be sent to the sender.
  • Attachments file will be converted into Password-Protected Zip file and email with the Password to unlock will be sent to the recipient.
